Countdown to Regulation
General Insurance will be regulated by the Financial Services Authority from 14 January 2005. If you want to conduct General Insurance business after this date you must be appropriately authorised under the new regime.
Applications for authorisation need to be with the FSA by the 13 July 2004 to meet their guaranteed processing commitment deadline.
Submit your application by the 31 May 2004 to take advantage of the early application fee discount, detailed below:
