Facilitated Diagnostic
The Facilitated Diagnostic involves a PricewaterhouseCoopers regulatory expert visiting you at your office providing assistance to your business in understanding how the FSA rules apply to your business. This can take the form of;
- Understanding the FSA rules overall
- Understanding specific rules
- Gaining insight on how other businesses have tackled similar issues
Our experience is that each business is slightly different and will therefore appreciate individually tailored assistance that is relevant to their business.

Healthcheck
The Healthcheck service was a service that was available where a PricewaterhouseCoopers expert visited you at your office to specifically discuss your FSA application and supplementary evidence.
As you will now have submitted your application it is unlikely that you will need this assistance now.
