Claims troubleshooters contacts
Our Troubleshooters (TS) are based in every Intermediary Business (IB) claims site and are here to provide advise and guidance. Our TS's will also help investigate any broker claims issues that is not resolved by the usual methods. The issue will be owned by the TS's until resolved.

It is a 24/7, 365 days a year, service capable of handling telephone calls, emails or fax notifications. At Fleetline, dedicated commercial fleet handlers will take and log minimum information allowing repairs to get underway and your customer's vehicle back on the road as soon as reasonably possible.
