Commercial Background
Independent Inspections offer an estimation and planning, validation and restoration service to the insurance industry. Established for over 15 years, Independent has worked for most of the major insurers and currently undertakes work for companies such as Norwich Union General Insurance, RBS, ZFS, L&G and AXA. All operations are controlled from a head office in Preston and all staff are fully employed.
Currently undertake commercial claims validation and management for AXA and Zurich Insurance.
Commercial Expertise
For 15 years Independent Inspections have been involved in validation, restoration and replacement of floorcoverings. All inspectors recruited are from the retail industry and are experts in their own field. Techniques, specialist knowledge and performance are all strictly monitored to ensure maximum efficiency and lowest replacement cost.
IIL currently have a network of recommended retailers of over 2000 outlets. Of these, there are a number of contract and commercial retailers within the locality of our 70 field inspectors and each inspector has formed a business relationship with these outlets resulting in one commercial contractor per post code region.
