"Fleetwise Plus" cases using Fleetline
At Norwich Union we are committed to providing your customers with a claims service that delivers when it is needed most. Ensuring quality repairs and speed of action is of paramount importance both for you and your customer.
For this reason your Fleetwise Plus customers will have access to a dedicated claims team, structured to offer flexibility in the way large fleet claims are handled.
Fleetline in detail
- Specifically set up for Fleetwise Plus commercial fleet customers, Fleetline provide a 24/7, 365 days a year, service capable of handling telephone calls, emails or fax notifications.
- At Fleetline, dedicated commercial fleet handlers will take and log minimum information allowing repairs to get underway and your customer's vehicle back on the road as soon as reasonably possible.
- Your customer will have the choice of using either:
- Our Approved Repairer Network which we have carefully selected to provide nationwide coverage and the ability to competently repair vehicles of all types including HGVs
- Their own chosen repairer
In any event, they can rest assured that Norwich Union employ a qualified team of motor engineers and operate the largest 'image' authorisation capability in Europe, helping to ensure vehicles are repaired safely in accordance with manufacturer's specifications and that downtime is kept to an absolute minimum.
- Where the Insured Driver is at fault, Fleetline will engage our Third Party Care team, who will in turn offer the innocent third party access to our repairer network and if necessary, support in their rehabilitation from injury, keeping claims costs to a minimum
