The new specialist team for handling commercial motor fleet claims, went live on 12 January 2004.
For inspection requests, call our central team on 0800 028 4666. Fleetline notifications are prioritised by our Engineers Planning Team and you will see improved service levels.
Alternatively should you wish to request an inspection by fax or email, simply complete the Inspection Request Form and return;

If you can supply more information such as third party details or drivers date of birth e.t.c. please include these details on the form.
This will enable us to manage both own damage and third party claims where our policyholders are at fault or where a recovery is possible which will not only result in savings in claims costs, but will also limit the further information requested by your usual claims handling location.
