CLUBline preferred suppliers
Norwich Union has established a national network of preferred suppliers who provide a wide range of services to our customers. NUI undertakes a robust selection process with each supplier before they are appointed, as their performance is critical to the overall success of our claims service.
Where possible our suppliers operate under delegated authority from us to ensure that they can provide an effective claims service to our customers.
Delegated authority eliminates the need for our suppliers to wait for additional authorisation from Norwich Union enabling them to deal promptly with our customers' requirements.
Preferred suppliers have contractual arrangements with Norwich Union that cover a number of key things:
- their obligation to Norwich Union and to our customers
- service level agreements
- customer expectations
- service issue reporting
- and complaint handling and escalation procedures
We are committed to providing significant resource to measure our preferred suppliers' actual performance, which ensures that these suppliers are capable of meeting our customers' demands for an effective claims service.
