Norwich Union CLUBline
How to report new claims
Claims should be reported to CLUBline, which is a 24-hour service. CLUBline will initiate the claims handling process such as appointing an approved supplier, arranging vehicle inspections and making contact with third parties.
Details of the claim will then be passed to the respective Norwich Union office for continued handling.
To register the claim CLUBline require the full details of the loss from you or your Customer. To obtain the entire range of benefits that Clubline has to offer, we advise that customers ring CLUBline themselves to notify the claim.
By the end of the initial call the CLUBline claims adviser will have:
- Requested contact details of the person notifying the claim
- Taken Customer information including name, contact details, policy number and broker details
- Established the full facts of the claim including incident dates, locations, details of loss and where relevant information on any other persons involved
- Validated the claim and confirmed that the appropriate level of cover is in place
- Wherever possible arrange a CLUB approved tradesman/supplier or vehicle repairer
- Offered general advice and guidance
