What does CLUBline offer customers?

CLUBline provides a Total Incident Management service to our customers, the aim being to deal with each claim in a single call.

Norwich Union appreciates that making a claim of any nature is a stressful time for customers so our focus is on looking after the individual, not merely the repair or replacement of their property.

Equipped with a thorough understanding of Norwich Unions products, CLUBline claims advisers have the knowledge and skills to deal with customers' claims providing them with an empathetic and efficient service.

Once a claim has been notified to CLUBline the information is passed to the relevant Claims centre and an Incident Manager is appointed.

Customers will then have a dedicated point of contact who will look after their claim keeping them fully informed throughout the process and removing as much of the worry and the hassle as possible.
