Benefits of Using GSR

Cost - every time we use a GSR they make significant savings for NU
Cover over 90% of vehicles (inc Mercedes, BMW and Motorcycle)
Service Standards are very high - They work to a stringent Contract.
Vehicle Recovery, Collection and Delivery
If vehicle is immobile, recovery process should commence within 3 hours of notification. At the customers request the Repairer shall collect the customers vehicle for repair and return the customers vehicle after repair.
Mobile Vehicle
The GSR will provide loan vehicle during which a customers vehicle is being repaired.
Immobile Vehicle
A car will be provided on the same day is notified before midday.
If notification is received after 12pm a loan car will be provided by 10am the following working day.
Total Loss
Car will be provided for 72 hours from the GSR receiving notification.
