Regional Claims Offices
Claims is the function in NUI where customers actually experience the product that they have purchased. It is responsible for investigating, negotiating and settling insurance claims on anything from a smashed windscreen to a serious injury. Customers will not need to contact Claims until something goes wrong and they need to use the protection we offer.
Claims Operations
This is the area where customers' claims are settled. Our claims handlers are the point of contact for the broker should any problems arise. The locations take responsibility for keeping you informed and will issue settlement details upon completion of each claim.
