Structure - how we work
We have offices spread throughout the United Kingdom & India, and your clients claim will be handled in a location in which teams have been specifically trained to deal with that type of claim.
We split claims according to product i.e. motor, home, commercial property, liability. Within each location there are areas of expertise to deal with claim categories e.g. total loss, personal injury.
We also have Troubleshooters covering each location:
These people are able to provide advice on where claims are handled and will help investigate any issue that cannot be resolved by the normal process.
