Terrorism Cover
Norwich Union Property Damage and Business Interruption Terrorism Insurance cover is available for all policyholders who currently insure their property with us.
Terrorism Insurance cover is optional, and an additional premium will be charged if cover is required. For the majority of our policyholders, cover will be added as a Section of their existing policy.
Norwich Union Terrorism Insurance is backed by the Government sponsored Pool Reinsurance Company Limited scheme.
Key Benefits
- Cover is available on an all risks basis
- Includes losses from chemical, biological or nuclear acts of terrorism, which result in physical damage to property
- Cover is optional, giving policyholders the freedom to choose whether to insure against such a risk and pay the premium in proportion to the risk they face
- Online quotations are available for certain types of policies:
- - Single location policies
- - Property/Material Damage
- - Business Interruption/Consequential Loss
- - Engineering
- - Computers
- - Where no deductible has been selected
All other types of cover, multi-location, collective policies and portable property used away from the premises e.g. laptop computers, floating stock, etc, cannot be rated using this calculator and such property must be referred to your local Norwich Union representative.
