Fleetwise Plus is designed for commercial motor fleets with premiums over £100,000 offering a range of enhanced services, allowing each of your customers to choose the relevant support services, helping them to safely and cost effectively run their business.
In addition to the Fleetwise policy cover, Fleetwise Plus will provide your customers with:
- The provision of a dedicated Relationship Manager chosen for their experience in handling large complex fleets, with the sole aim of supporting your customer in getting the specialist advice and services they need
- A dedicated Fleet Risk Advisor, drawn from the fleet management industry, will share best practice providing on-site guidance, via an annual risk assessment, helping your customers identify potential areas of occupational road risk that could affect their business.
- A flexible claims service provided by our National Fleet Claims Unit, who encourage, speedy notification of claims via "Fleetline" - the Norwich Union gateway to effective claims notification.
- Should the customer wish to report claims directly to National Fleet Claims they are more than happy to receive notifications via call, email or fax.
- In addition the National Fleet Claims Unit can offer tailored solution for Fleetwise Plus customers including specific claims data capture, bespoke repair arrangements & a bordereau facility for the payment and recharge of VAT / Excess amounts.
