Product Criteria
Residential Property Owners provides A Max Sum Insured (Property damage & Loss of Rent) per location for:
- Private dwelling houses, converted blocks of flats and single flats in Scotland - £4m
- Purpose built blocks of flats - £7.5m
- The product covers portfolios up to and including five locations to The product covers portfolios up to and including 10 locations.
Examples of what constitutes of a separate location include:
- A purpose built block of flats with six residential units counts as one location
- Two separate blocks of flats, one with six units and one with twelve, counts as two locations
- Two semi-detached houses count as two separate locations
