Directors and Officers Liability insurance is generally perceived as a specialist product requiring specific expertise. Norwich Union now delivers a solution through its commercial segmented products with underwriters at your branch able to provide this cover.
How do you obtain a quotation?
You are now able to obtain a quote for Directors and Officers insurance through your local Norwich Union branch. If they are able to quote the commercial risk then generally they will also be able to provide a quotation for Directors and Officers insurance. Your client is not required to complete a proposal form as we will require only the minimum of information as follows:
- Business description
- Number of years in business
- Turnover
Our target business is private limited companies, residents associations, charities and unincorporated entities (clubs, associations, etc.) which meet the following criteria:
- UK based or registered
- Established for a minimum of three years*
- Must hold or be seeking a quotation for other commercial insurance with Norwich Union
*No minimum requirement for charities, residents associations or unincorporated entities.
Note: We do not provide cover for Public Limited Companies (plc)
