Norwich Union's Professional Indemnity policy offers a comprehensive range of covers, with the flexibility to select from a wide range of options.
- Civil Liability - Up to the Limit of Indemnity (up to £5,000,000)
- Adjudicator awards under Housing Grants Act
- Dishonesty
Standard Limit:
Up to the Limit of Indemnity
- Legal Costs - Up to £100,000 in any one period of insurance
- Loss of Documents - £50,000 for any one occurrence limited to £150,000 in total any one period of insurance
- Other Costs - In proportion to the limit of indemnity
- Payment for Court attendance - £200 per person per day subject to a total of £10,000
- Representation Costs - Up to £10,000 in any one period of insurance
