Norwich Union's Professional Indemnity policy offers a comprehensive range of covers, with the flexibility to select from a wide range of options.
- Civil Liability arising from negligent error or omission - Up to the limit of indemnity (up to £5,000,000) in any one period of insurance
- Adjudicator awards under Housing Grants Act
- Costs incurred in mitigating a loss or potential loss that may otherwise result in a claim
- Indemnity for specialist designers, consultants and sub-contractors appointed by your client
Standard Limit:
Up to the limit of indemnity in any one period of insurance
- Legal Costs - Up to £100,000 in total £50,000 for any one occurrence limited to £150,000
- Loss of Documents - £50,000 for any one occurrence limited to £150,000
- Other Costs - Up to the limit of indemnity
- Payment of Court attendance - £200 per person per day subject to a total of £10,000
- Representation Costs - Up to £10,000 in total
