- Civil Liability

- Adjudicator awards under Housing Grants Act
- Asbestos and pollution - The cover meets RICS requirements for asbestos and pollution
Standard Limit:
Up to the limit of indemnity (up to £5,000,000)
- Fidelity - Losses up to £250,000 in any one period of insurance
- Loss of Documents - £50,000 for any one occurrence limited to £150,000 in total any one period of insurance
- Legal Costs - Legal costs arising out of the Health and Safety at Work Act, The Estate Agents Act, The Construction (Design Management) Regulations 1994 and any similar safety legislation
- Other Costs - In proportion to the limit of indemnity
- Payment of Court attendance - £200 per person per day subject to a total of £10,000 in any one period of insurance
- Representation costs - Up to £10,000 in any one period of insurance
