The Supplier Focus Team is a small, non Customer facing team offering support to all NUI Claims Centres and Claims Suppliers covering all commodities.
The Focus Team are the main communication channel between Supplier Services and our Claim Centres and part of their role is to provide escalation support for Claims and mediation on Supplier disputes working towards a quick and effective resolution.
