Administration Fee Service
Terms and Conditions
- This service only applies to Personal Lines monthly premium collection cases traded via EDI, e-services or issued manually.
- This service applies to the following products: Private Car, Just Car, PowerPoint, Premier Bike, Collectors car, Home & Drivers Club Motor and such other products as we may advise you from time to time.
- This service applies to new business and the renewal of existing cases only.
- No adjustment of the payment will be made following mid-term changes that generate either a reduction or an additional premium.
- A pro-rata proportion of amounts paid will be re-claimed following any policy cancellation
- Payment of this amount will be appear in statements of account two months after processing of new business, renewals or cancellations, e.g. payment will be included in August statements for new business / renewals/cancellations processed in June.
- The amount shown in statements of account will be the total of all payments due for business processed during the month with a breakdown on this amount being available upon request in the event of an intermediary query.
- We reserve the right to amend the percentage of the administration fee payable to intermediaries although a minimum of 3 months notice will be given in the event of this being changed. Rate could go up or down.
- 3 months notice will be given in the event of this service being terminated for some or all products.
- If you do not wish to be included in the administration fee service, please inform your Norwich Union Account Manager. The final date to remove you from this service is the 10th of each month. You can be removed at any point in the future, however if it is after this date is will be collated and actioned on the following months statement
- These terms and conditions are in addition to any existing agreements between us (and any amended or subsequent version of such existing agreements).
