e-services Enhancement packages
Since 23 October 2005 e-services (and manual applications) users have the ability to offer their Private Car customers a series of newly designed enhancement packages, priced from just an additional £60 a year. Customers can choose from enhancement packages at three different levels:
- Family package £60 Enhanced courtesy car Gold breakdown cover
- Executive package £90 Executive courtesy car (Vauxhall Omega or equivalent) Gold breakdown cover Club Assist Prestige package
- Prestige courtesy car (Mercedes C Class or equivalent) £120 Gold breakdown cover Club Assist Physiofast.
These packages are available for new business policies issued after 23 October 2005 as selectable cover level options via e-services only. Current policyholders will also be able to trade up; they will be informed of the new covers available via the notice to policyholder insert in their renewal pack.
