How to start trading online

  • Read and accept the e-services terms and conditions
  • Complete the online registration form with details about you and your staff and submit this electronically. It is important that the information provided is accurate. If you are unsure of your Norwich Union agency details, please contact your Account Manager.
  • Your Norwich Union Account Manager will confirm your request to the Norwich Union e-broking support team
  • The e-broking support team will allocate an Account and PIN number for each member of staff within your office who you have requested access for
  • Your Account Number and PIN will be sent to you in a secure email. You will need to register to open secure emails from Norwich Union. Registration is done on screen and you can access your Account Number and PIN immediately.

Additional Users and Agencies

If you are already trading with us and would like to up additional users for e-services or require further agency references switched on, you can request these by completing the Registration Form online.
