Options
There are a number of options you can use to generate the correct documentation for Commercial Lines instalment business;
- e-collections system, which will automatically generate the correct documents
- e-broking documents stored on each of the relevant product literature page. We have provided you with Template copies allowing you to print the document off within your office and complete yourself using the blue text, shown on the Master copy of each of the relevant documents, as a guide.
- Telephone e-collections support on 0114 282 4684, they will key the details and issue documentation to your customer on your behalf.
Completion of e-broking forms
By selecting the product the correct documents will be shown. You will need to select whether the contract is to be concluded face to face or at a distance. Once selected you will need to update the fields highlighted in blue with the customer specific details.
