'Monthly Administration Fee' is our brand new service, which provides you* with the ability to earn a 'cut' of the administration fee charged, for Norwich Union's monthly premium payment facilities.

e-services
e-services enables you to securely access our administration systems, allowing you to carry out policy processing online for personal lines business.

e-services provides you with the ability to provide a streamlined and cost effective means of trading, providing your customers with instant online quotes, policy adjustments and documentation at point of sale.
e-collections
Our e-collections system facilitates the payment of the annual premium for Commercial Lines business by monthly direct debit instalments. The system has been devised to provide you with the correct documentation required under the new consumer credit regulations.
For Personal Lines and Commercial Package business, you will also be able to collect credit/debit card payments. The facility to pay for Personal Lines products by monthly premiums is not available on the e-collections system and payments should be processed in the normal way.
