Support for e-services and e-broking
The team is solely responsible for providing access to all brokers in regards to the e-services system. They can also help you with any technical or navigational enquiries you may have to ensure you can transact your business effectively.

Support for EDI
Full cycle EDI gives brokers the ability to process new business, mid term adjustments, renewals and enables them to print documents at point of sale from their software house system.
The role of e-broking support's EDI team is to support brokers by providing quality technical advice, support, access and problem solving skills in relation to these systems.
