What is e-docs?
E-docs (e-documents) is a repository which contains electronic versions of Norwich Union's printed commercial policy documentation.
It forms an important part of Commercial e-Services; our web based solution allowing you to obtain Quotes and accept New business (NB) on our 5 package policies:
- Office and Surgery
- Shop and Salon
- Pub, Restaurant and Hotel
- Residential Property Owners
- Self-employed (Tradesman)
Using e-docs we currently offer electronic versions of all the transactional documentation i.e. NB, MTA, Cancellations, Renewals etc for our 5 package and Motor policies:
- Fleetwise
- Minifleet
- Premier Truck
- Taxi
- Special Types (Vehicles)
- Self-drive Hire
What's new?
Following a successful pilot we are now able to offer an online version of Complex Commercial policies. The full list of policies are listed below:

How do I get access?
Current Commercial e-Services users will have the added functionality added to their existing accounts automatically.
Anyone who does not have access to Commercial e-Services will need to register by visiting www.nuebroking.com to be able to access e-docs.
