Norwich Union's Motor Claims Repair Look Up facility has been designed to provide relevant contact information about the Gold Select repairer that is providing service in the postcode area most relevant to the customer.
Postcode allocation allows Norwich Union to ensure that all areas of the country have the necessary repairer coverage in order to service customer's requirements. In addition it also allows Norwich Union to act quickly in changing allocations should the need arise. For example if one repairer becomes too busy Norwich Union can reallocate the necessary postcodes to an alternative repairer within 24hrs. This change would then be visible and effective to everyone utilising the system.
