We are asking for your assistance in respect of covernote books bearing the GISC logos and wordings.

These covernote books are non compliant and cannot now be used. However, we are aware that there may be old covernote books in circulation and we need to retrieve these quickly.

So, could we please ask that you arrange for your Norwich Union covernote books to be checked to ensure that you have no GISC wording Covernote books in your possession.

If you locate any of these old Covernote Books, could you either return them to the Personal Lines centre that you normally deal with or contact your Account Manager to arrange for these to be returned. Alternatively return to your nearest Norwich Union office addressed for the attention of your Personal Lines Centre.
