Updates to the Personal Lines telephony system for Birmingham, Leeds and Bristol
Following customer feedback, we have made further improvements to the Birmingham, Leeds and Bristol Personal Lines telephone 'Welcome message', around Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) options.
These changes have been made to further improve the service we are providing by ensuring more calls get to the right place first time.
From Monday 3rd April the two EDI options will be changed, after selecting EDI from the main menu your new options will be:
- Press 1 for underwriting referrals
These calls will be directed to your Personal Lines team and is intended to capture any underwriting referrals. - Press 2 for all other EDI queries
Theses calls will be directed to the e-broking support team and should capture any other EDI call including premium, system or software house queries.
