A number of enhancements were made to the e-services Personal Lines system over the weekend, of which a couple we feel, you will find very useful:

• The introduction of 'hot keys'
• Enhanced courtesy car extensions

Hot keys

You will now notice on many of the e-services Personal Lines pages that some of the function keys will have a particular letter, within the word, underlined e.g. Submit.

This is to assist you with navigation making the process alot quicker. Instead of having to locate the function keys you can now access the 'ALT' button and the underlined letter to use that functionality.

Enhanced courtesy car extensions

From the 5th of May, Executive and Prestige courtesy car options will be available - via e-services aswell as manual applications - as additional cover and not only as part of the Executive and Prestige packages. These covers can also be added mid-term for full annual premium.
