We operate a strict selection process to ensure we only choose the best repairers who are able to meet all of our customers needs, as this is our top priority.

To ensure our network of approved repairers continue to meet our high standards, a team of Network Development Managers work closely with them to vigilantly monitor performance. We also utilise an independent research company who contact a large number of customers to ask for their feedback. Over 11000 surveys were completed in 2005. 80% of customers rated our overall service as good or very good.
