e-services enhancments
e-services will be updated with some enhancements to the Personal Lines system over the weekend and will be unavailable between Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th June to implement these changes.
Additional Hot keys
Enable hot key functionality to all screens within the application. Users will now be able to utilise hot keys to perform certain functionality.
Please see below for hot key allocation.
- Alt+A - Accept
- Alt+C - Cancel
- Alt+S - Search
- Alt+L - Clear
- Alt+R - Reset
- Alt+D - Add
- Alt+M - Remove
- Alt+H - Change
- Alt+F - Finish
Updated Page Headers
Specific pages will now have updated headers to display more relevant information, the following will now be displayed where applicable:
- Display alternative/legacy policy number in banner
- Display inception/transaction date
