Travel Quick Quote Now Guaranteed!
Following feedback received since the launch of our updated travel products on e-services, a number of issues have been identified.
These issues have been compiled into a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document which we hope you will find useful.
In addition we have acted on your feedback and will now be guaranteeing the prices on the e-broking Travel quick quote calculators for all quotes from 27th July.
The quick quote price sometimes differs by a few pence from that generated by the full quote on e-services.
To combat this we have provided all brokers with a 2.5% override capability so you can match the quick quote price for standard cases. If more than 2.5% is required please contact the Travel Support Team.
