Electronic Covernotes in Pilot
Over the last few months a small team has been developing Norwich Union Insurance's imarket electronic covernote capability.
A number of selected brokers are currently participating in a pilot and following on from a successful pilot phase, the electronic covernotes facility will be rolled out to the wider broker community.
The imarket electronic covernotes facility will give brokers the ability to request a covernote via a web service application, receive it electronically and immediately print a copy within their office. An immediate confirmation copy will be emailed to the insurer.
