Norwich Union wants to ensure that it continues to provide the highest level of security for our business partners and customers.

With this in mind, Account and PIN numbers will now be e-mailed to you using a new secure service which will encrypt the e-mails by using a system called PostX.

This means should any third party intercept or gain access to the e-mail, they will be unable to read the personal and sensitive information contained within it.

When you first receive one of these secure e-mails you will need to sign up to the service to be able to access the information contained securely in the e-mail. A link will be within the e-mail to allow you to sign-up and register.

This process is simple to do and once set-up you will be able to access any future secure e-mails from Norwich Union using the same password. We have also created a Frequently Asked Questions page to assist with any queries you may have about this new service and how to register.
