We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that access to the e-services system is controlled by a customer account number and PIN (Personal Identification Number) being allocated to each, individual authorised staff member and these should not be shared or disclosed to anyone else.

This is necessary in accordance with Data Protection Act (DPA) requirements and system management. You are permitted to use the e-services system, subject to compliance at all times with the e-services 'Terms and Conditions' any existing Agreement between us and all relevant statutory or regulatory requirements.

We monitor the use of the system on a regular basis and we reserve the right to withdraw your right to use the system at any time, without warning or notification, if we believe you are not complying with terms of usage.
