Accessing e-services

From today, all users will be able to register and access both Commercial and Personal e-services directly from the e-broking website.

To access e-services is simple to do; this can be done by using the "Choose Service" button in the top right corner of the website under "e-services". You will then get a choice of which system you want to use and it is simple as that.

Registering for e-services has now also been made simpler and easier to do, this can be done by using the "Register Now" button in the top right hand corner of the website under "e-services" and follow the onscreen instructions.

You can now choose which e-services system(s) you want to register for and tailor it for each user. There is now no need to refer to your account manager to sign up for Commercial e-services.

Quick Quotes

The quick quotes option gives you access to all quick quotes contained within the e-broking website. This gives you the ability to get a quote fast without having to do a full quote.

With the exception of the newly developed "Premier Truck" quick quote facility, these quick quotes do not have full cycle trading available to them and will only give a premium.

The Premier Truck quick quote has been redesigned to allow you to obtain a guaranteed quote price and if acceptable, additional details can be added before submitting to go on cover. Once submitted, the proposer will be placed on cover and new business documents will be sent directly back to you.

Commercial Small Business Quote Forms

As you are aware, we have recently launched our Commercial e-services system making the following products available to you straight away:

• Office and Surgery
• Pub Restaurant and Hotel
• Residential Property Owners
• Self Employed
• Shop and Salon

As this is a our preferred method of trading and offers you so much more in the way of premium, online data transfer to our internal systems, documentation...etc. The Commercial Small Business quote forms including our self-employed calculator will shortly no longer be available on the e-broking website.

These services and quick quotes are available within Commercial e-services, so if you are not already registered for e-services why not sign up now!

Once registered your account and PINs will be issued, together with a comprehensive User Guide, to enable you to get the e-services system up and running.
