e-Trading Support - Christmas Opening Hours

The e-Trading Support teams will be closed from 2.00pm on Friday 22nd December until 9.00am on Wednesday 27th December.

If you have an urgent query after 2.00pm on Friday 22nd December, please call the Norwich Personal Lines team on 0870 010 0445, then press 3 for the Existing Business team.

The team will be offering a limited service for urgent queries only until 5.00pm on Friday 22nd December. Alternatively, you can email us at ppoint@norwich-union.co.uk for EDI queries, or nuie-services@norwich-union.co.uk for e-services and e-commercial queries and we will deal with your enquiry on Wednesday 27th December.

The e-Trading Support teams will also be closed on Monday 1st January 2007.
