Please note, with immediate effect, the e-collections credit/debit card payment facility for Personal Lines business is currently unavailable.

We wil advise you when this functionality becomes available to you again.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused. If you have any queries regading a credit/debit card payment please contact your usual Collections area.
