Personal Lines e-services system now available
Following the successful implementation of a number of enhancements over the weekend, we are happy to confirm that the Personal Lines e-services system is now fully operational again. Thus allowing you to produce quotes and new business for our array of general insurance products.
The enhancements are as follows:
Travel
The travel quote process has been improved making navigation so much easier for brokers. We have made the Policy Covers section much more visible and included it on the Policy Summary screen to make it more accessible.
Household
When a fresh renewal is processed, following a change, index linking will be applied following the previous error.
General
Brokers will now be able to process more than one print for the same transaction on the same day. Previously brokers were unable to request a duplicate copy until the next day. Following the amendments made over the weekend this will now be an instant process.
