Commercial e-services is back up and running!
Following the successful implementation of a number of enhancements over the weekend, we are happy to confirm that the Commercial e-services system is now fully operational again.
Thus allowing you to produce quotes and new business for our array of package products.
Amongst the enhancements:
Commercial e-services
The 'Interested Party' field has been added to the Office and Surgery and Residential Property Owners products following feedback from brokers.
Again, following feedback from brokers it is now possible to process an Residential Property Owners quote in the name of a partnership.
Probably the most useful enhancement we have made for brokers is around the Quote Search facility and making it easier for brokers to locate the required quotation.
Now everytime a quote is processed a version number will be generated. So when a broker carries out a quote search in the future it will display not only the premium but the version number also making the search that much easier. Simple but effective!
e-documents
Brokers will be able to print client documentation on all transactions when accessing Commercial e-services using their unique account and Peronal Identification Number (PIN) for:
The benefits to brokers are:
- Access to client specific documentation for all package and motor products, for all transactions (except motor certificates)
- Improved speed of service to customers - not having to wait for documentation to be posted from branch
- Ability to email documents to customers
- Ability to reprint documentation rather than having to contact Noriwch Union for reprints
A user guide for commercial e-services is available for assistance.
The Client Search facility has also been improved, and now only requires brokers to enter part of a client's name (at least 3 letters) followed by an asterisk in the search field. Example: client name is goldsmith, just enter gol*.
