e-collections made on Friday 23rd February
Our e-collections system facilitates the payment of the annual premium for Commercial Lines business by monthly direct debit instalments. The system has been devised to provide you with the correct documentation required under the new consumer credit regulations.
Due to a fault with the system on Friday 23rd February, any instalment cases processed on that date have not been transmitted to our Customer Accounts team for issuing. This was due to a fault in the messaging service. We have been working closely with our technical team on this matter but it has now been confirmed that we are unable to retrieve the missing messages. Therefore this information needs to be rekeyed, by you, in order that documentation can be issued.
