e-Trading Support - Thursday 19th April - early closure
The e-Trading Support teams will be closing at 4.00pm on Thursday 19th April 2007. The teams will re-open as usual on Friday 20th April at 9.00am.
If you have an urgent query after 4.00pm on Thursday 19th April, that cannot wait to be resolved until 9.00am on Friday, please call the e-broking Support team on 01603 687666, where we will be offering an urgent queries only service.
Alternatively, you can email us at ppoint@norwich-union.co.uk for EDI queries, or nuie-services@norwich-union.co.uk for e-services and e-commercial queries and we will deal with your enquiry as urgent on Friday morning.
