Following a successful release over the weekend we can now confirm the following enhancements have been made to our Commercial online system:

Self-employed product

• Under the Construction segment of a quotation we have extended the number of trades available and added the following 6 new trades:

1. Central Heating Services - Domestic/Small Commercial Only
2. Heating and Ventilation Contractor - Domestic/Small Commercial Only
3. Plumbing and Heating Engineers (Ex Air Con) - Domestic/Small Commercial Only
4. Heating Engineers - Domestic/Small Commercial Only
5. Plumbing - Domestic/Small Commercial Only
6. Plumbing and Heating Engineer - Domestic/Small Commercial Only

These trades will be allowed to select £2 Million or £5 Million Public and Products Liability Indemnity Limit.

• To assist you when completing a Self-employed Demands and Needs document we have amended the word 'employees' field to 'worker(s)'

Residential Property Owners

• We have made a change to the occupancy questions. 'Occupant types' has been removed and replaced with the following 2 questions:

1. Is the premises rented or leased to tenants in receipt of Council Support (i.e. housing benefit) or Students?
2. Is the premises rented or leased to tenants receiving Care and Support from a charity, local government or authority or a Local Authority tenant?"

• In the unlikely event that an e-services quote declines we will now display the full decline reasons to assist you with your decisions thereafter.
