With effect from 20thth June, the software platform that our Personal lines e-services system sits on, will be changed. This new infrastructure has been developed to allow far greater capacity for future growth, as well as improved resiliency, security and performance for brokers.

The main application will be exactly the same, and the introduction of the new infrastructure will mostly be invisible. The key difference will be the revised URL which you will use to access it.

So from now on if you log on to e-services by selecting the 'Launch Personal' button on the homepage you will not notice any differences in process. However, if you have the original Personal lines e-services system saved as a favourite please delete this and replace it with:

https://www.policy.qs.norwich-union.com/policy/pass/nu/menu

If you continue to use your saved favourite this will provide you with access until July 2007 but will then become inactive.
