Your Policy uncovered!

Not surprisingly one of the most common causes for complaints; is rejection and non-payment of claims.

Many customers believe that their policies will cover them for every eventuality and rarely read their policy documents to ensure the correct level of cover is in place to meet their needs.

Through our analysis of claims complaints, feedback from customers and staff we have discovered that there are common areas of misconception when it comes to insurance cover. These included cover for wear and tear, courtesy car cover etc.

In response to this we have produced two leaflets, Travel Insurance Uncovered and Your Policy Uncovered, to try and clarify some of these common misunderstandings.

By increasing our customer's awareness before any damage/loss occurs the level of disappointment at the point of claim should be reduced.

We have received a good response from the Press and they have already featured on the Channel 4 website, The Daily Express and several regional papers websites.
