Effective from 6th August 2007 any mid-term changes required on EDI policies, that cannot be processed due to an agency transfer and/or software change, must be directed to your Regional Underwriting Team for processing.

The majority of these queries are currently dealt with by the EDI Support Team; however the EDI Support team will now focus primarily on dealing with system errors and technical issues. Enquiries to of this nature can continue to be directed to them on the usual contact number 01603 689442.

This new arrangement will make the process more transparent for all concerned, eliminating confusion regarding who should be contacted for mid-term changes falling into these scenarios.
