Important Commercial e-services log-in and navigation information
Following your feedback we have made some changes to the Commercial e-services system and are making some improvements to the sign on process.
The enhancements this weekend will alter the look and feel of the system and future releases will improve the functionality/sign on process.
- New log-in page - If you previously saved the Commercial e-services log on page as a favourite, you will now be taken to the e-broking home page. From here just select the 'Launch Commercial' button. Your username will remain as your 10 digit Account number and your Password will remain as your Personal Identification Number (PIN)
- Landing page layout - For ease of navigation we have reviewed and renamed many of the blue and grey navigation tabs on the page:
- View e-broking - Opens a new window and takes you to the e-broking home page for product information etc.
- Personal e-services - Takes you to the Personal lines e-services system
- Service Availability - Provides the status of all services available within commercial e-services and is updated every 5 minutes
- Get a Quote - Allows you to obtain a package product quote
- Retrieve a Quote - Allows you to search for a previously saved quotation
- Mid term Adjustment - Use this to send us, via email, details of changes to Small Business, Commercial Motor (1-4 vehicles) and Minifleet products
- e-documents - You can view and print policy documents for the products mentioned above
- e-collections - The ability to pay by direct debit and credit/debit card online
- Session timer - Commercial e-services will time out after 30 minutes of inactivity
- User recognition - Now individually tailored to you
