**Important** e-services household policy documentation
We updated our e-services Personal Lines system on July 14th which resulted in producing some incorrect household documentation, showing buildings cover, even though the customer had not requested it.
This issue has been rectified, and correct documents are now being dispatched for new cases. However, for those policies where incorrect documents were produced, please request copy documents to replace these.
